James 5:19-20 “My brethren, if any among you strays from the Truth, and one turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins.”
Repentance is the necessary Spiritual ingredient most lacking in our world today. People are hard. Their hearts are hard. There is a determination to slug on even in the midst of the gathering blackness which is our present world condition. This determination is devoid of recognition of and relationship with our Great Holy God. The world is determined that we can solve all our problems…by ourselves. What delusion!
It is time to humbly acknowledge that the problems we face are beyond our ability to solve. Only intervention by the God of Heaven, Jesus Christ, will solve the quickly worsening world condition.
God has sent His Deliverers throughout history, calling men to repent, to turn to Him for life’s solutions. Once again, God is calling. Will you turn?
Acts 7:25 “And [Moses] supposed that his brethren understood that God was granting them deliverance through him, but they did not understand.”
